At My Happy Tail, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used pet products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards


2. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If an item was defective or incorrect, return shipping is free.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items

  • Different sizes or variations (when available)


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider
